This is why I feel like there should be a way for the guy to give up all rights to the baby sometime before it is born. Women can get an abortion without talking to the guy up until a certain point in the pregnancy, so I think up until that same point the guy should have the option to legally back out and have nothing to do with the child, and I mean nothing, ever. I don't think women should get abortions, and I wouldn't think guys should take this last resort either, but it's not my place to decide for anyone else.
