29/M/Bristol, But im welsh!!, Unite Join Date: Dec 2005 | I have stayed out of this thread for a bit, as i have experience in this matter...
Question is when do you tell the father? When you are long past having a abortion or when your in the clinic via text.. "sorry hunni, im aborting your child".. it pisses me off that this whole thing about resposabilty of children, men being made to look after there kids, 50/50 and all that, and there is a debate of whether she should tell the father... God damn it yes, she should be there right now talking to him. It doenst matter about who he is or why she is having a abortion, he needs to know. And what ever the outcome the father needs to be invovled from day one.
You can go and have the abortion and then there will be a day when someone slips up and says to him you aborted his child. Us men are strange when it comes to this, as you women have 99% of the control, and we just learn about what is going on, like our opinion/feelings/state of mind/future wont be effected by a child aborted or other wise. We seem to think because the government has dictated to women with Roe vrs wade case in america back in the late 60s/70s, women have control over there body and wont be dictated to., then apprently thats fine.. and it is.. if you want t abort tell him. if you want the kid.. tell HIM! and you are honest from day one. then you will never have a problem with bringing your child up or moving on from a abortion.
The choice is yours to abort.. but the father has a moral right to know. After all what type of people are we without morals??
