Buster Martin.





This man is 101, I swear he doesn't look a day over 70. He is currently in training to run the London Marathon. He has already ran the Roding valley half marathon on 2nd March 2008, in 5 hours and 13 minutes.

He retired at 97, but got bored and is now working as van cleaner for plumber.


Further to this, he has 17 children. Oh, and he writes for FHM, and is a member of the Zimmers, an OAP band who recorded a copy of My Generation. He was attacked by yobs aged 100 - but he fought them off.

He has served in the armed forces, was married for 35 years, and even turned up for work on his 100th birthday.

I know - we were all talking about him at work this morning. I so want to be like that when I am old.

I think I am going to have a zimmer frame with wheels and brakes and shoot about on roller blades!
