What Is The Best Sappy/Sad Movie You Have Ever Seen?

The number one movie that makes me cry every single time:
THE COLOR PURPLE.
Jesus, it makes me bawl!
The ending is great! It is, IMO, one of the best movies ever made.

A Walk To Remember had me bawling and I'm not much of a cryer.

i cried in devastation with a movie called Sherry Baby. I definitely recomend that.

I don't know if I have a favorite, 'cause I'm such a movie fanatic anyway. But right now I'm thinkin about The English Patient. It's just an all-around good movie, but I never would have left her in the cave. I'd see to it we'd chance it together in the desert. If we died, we'd be together. If we made it, we'd be together. I adore Kristin Scott Thomas in that movie anyway.

thye english patient was very well written. it was sad as well, but it drew no bawling from me and i mean non stop cant stop cry

another movie that had me bawling uncontrollably, and my two friends as well, was Finding Neverland, it was so damn beautiful!

i didnt come close to crying with finding neverland. but a movie with that girl, titanic girl, and jim carrey, where they have memories erased, was a good one, tho hard to follow at times, but not at all times.
