Woot woot!
Go mlsm! OK, I'll start. (Oh its Saturday for me so I'll usually do the weigh in on Friday here - so Thursday there).

What do you weigh? 98 kgs.
What's your first goal? 88 kgs.
What is your final goal? 58 kgs.
What will you do for the next week to reach it? Well I am guessing it will take longer than a week to lose 10 kgs, BUT I am going to:
~Drink HEAPS of water (at least 2L a day).
~Drink at least 3-4 glasses of green tea per day (hot or cold).
~Go for at least one moderate walk/run everyday.
~Eat smaller meals.
~Eat healthier meals.
~Try to cut out all junk food.

What about everyone else?

Haha yeah its just getting cold here now! I used to live on the beach and would spend so much time walking everywhere (it was a small town) and running around at the beach I wouldn't notice but it was excercise. Then I moved 8 hrs away, and nowhere near a beach or any friends in a place thats not that safe to walk everywhere in, and I just piled the weight on dramatically! I hate excercise too, I really do, so now Ihave to make a concious effort to excercise, it sucks!!!

I had a good chat with one of the Doctors at work today. Hes quite an old Doctor who has many years of experience under his belt. We discussed exercise and diet.

Something he said that hit home for the first time ever was about looking at the greater picture. He advised that i stop looking at just trying to loose weight, to concentrate on improving overall health. It doesn't matter if you are a little overweight providing your organs are healthy. He said i should concentrate on improving the condition of what is inside before i ever think about what is on the outside.

For some reason this made so much sense to me.

Well I have had an EXCELLENT night on here tonight but it is 1 in the morning and I am off to bed to try and get some sleep. No doubt I'll be up in the next few hours though!!! I feel sowelcome here, I am loving this spot already and soooo glad I have found it!!!! Catcha's all tomorrow!!!

I stayed the same this week. I did walk a couple of times and didn't have any candy bars. Maybe next week it will change again.

I'm in here too! Yay!-

Starting Weight as of today (April 25, 200: 123.5 lbs
Goal weight: Between 115 and 118 lbs.
1st goal size: US size 4
2nd goal size: US size 2

What I plan on doing- cardio upped from 35-40 mins to 45-50 mins every day (min. 5 times a week)

Pilates- 3 times a week

And all the other eating healthier options that anony_miss said... And I want to do all this in 2-2.5 months...


If work was so terrific, why do they have to pay you to do it?!

Morning everyone =] I'm back!
Well I've started this morning, really well actually and so far I haven't craved any "bad food" lol, but I've only been awake for about 20 minutes.
I have had a bowl of museli with dried fruit in it (like sultanas and stuff) with a small amount of full cream milk, and I am watching my cup of green tea cool down as we speak so that I can drink it!
How is everyone else doing so far?

And I ate pizza, Wendy's, Taco Bell, hot pockets, donuts, french fries, ice cream, and a fair bit of candy this past week.

Junk food is fine! Don't deprive yourself of the stuff you love.

The key is that I ate all the stuff I love but I kept my average daily calorie intake at around 1700 per day.

its a pity I can't find the thread, but some other members are also losing weight on here. I was looking at it earlier this morning.. and I can't remember where abouts I saw it, as I didn't post in it since i'm not one of them losing weight.

Hopefully someone is able to find it
