Also, swimming is an even better work out. you'll develop muscles you never knew you had. so, do that if you can. although i'm sure it's getting colder in aussie now, since it's finally warm again here in the states.
Haha yeah its just getting cold here now! I used to live on the beach and would spend so much time walking everywhere (it was a small town) and running around at the beach I wouldn't notice but it was excercise. Then I moved 8 hrs away, and nowhere near a beach or any friends in a place thats not that safe to walk everywhere in, and I just piled the weight on dramatically! I hate excercise too, I really do, so now Ihave to make a concious effort to excercise, it sucks!!!

And I ate pizza, Wendy's, Taco Bell, hot pockets, donuts, french fries, ice cream, and a fair bit of candy this past week.
Junk food is fine! Don't deprive yourself of the stuff you love.
The key is that I ate all the stuff I love but I kept my average daily calorie intake at around 1700 per day.
