I need to start eating healthy and excercising right, but I don't want to do it by myself. Now, if we can keep this Topic/Thread hanging around anyone who wants any support, help, advice or just a chat while thye are trying to be healthy and lose weight, can get it. We can post anything, what we've eaten, how much we have to lose, what excercise we've done, or just chat about our day.
What do you think?

But I am glad some people agree with the idea! I loved it.
And I am starting as of tomorrow, to try and eat healthy. Its 12.34am in Aus at the moment lol, so now isnt the best time haha.
Oh another thing that is really good to help weight loss - GREEN TEA. I recently found out i have a bit of an addiction to it
yeah, green is supposed to be good for you. The best way for me to stay healthy and lose weight is to exercise rather than eat healthier so much. being active in the summer time, especially, causes me to drink more and eat less. i've recently started to go running some again, so hopefully I can get back into shape before long. Also, swimming is an even better work out. you'll develop muscles you never knew you had. so, do that if you can. although i'm sure it's getting colder in aussie now, since it's finally warm again here in the states. | | |
