I dunno...usually I just stay up reading or online until I get sleepy. At least then ur doing something productive w/ ur time, and it gets u tired. Especially reading.

I tried melatonin pills before and they gave me nightmares. Warm milk helps me sometimes but it's hard for me to drink.
