Ive recently noticed something about Australian men that kind of bugs me and i wanted opinions from ppl in other parts of the world.

They never consider protection before sex!!

The 2 foreign men i have dated were paticular about it, to the point they would actually refuse sex if protection wasnt available.

But Aussie men dont seem to care a damn.

How about all you guys? Is it something thats been drummed into you also and are we Aussies badly educated or just plain stupid, or is it nothing to do with culture and i just got lucky with the foreign men i dated?

Geez girl, you left yourself wide open on that one, lol, but I'll forego all the bad jokes!
I reckon you've just been unlucky with the Aussies, and vice-versa, I for one and most of the blokes I know wouldn't dream of having unprotected sex these days.
I also have the occasional convo with tourists here, and the guys are as mixed in their attitude as Aussies, or so it seems to me.
Still, what they say and what they do...hey!

Well I have come across guys who didnt even think to ask about protection. I havent met a guy who insists on wearing a condom. When i dated an Australian guy it was me who bought up the whole protection issue. But that was just one guy.

Men really should be more careful where they poke thier d***s.

A lot of guys I know expect the girl to be on the pill. They don't seem to realize the pill does not cover STD's.

Treebee, if we blokes were more particular about where etc, there'd be a lot more dis-satisfied people around, of both genders, and I can't see that being good for the world!

The way I see it, since in the end it's up to the woman to take precautions against pregnancy,(She's the one that gets preg'), so it must, in all fairness, be up to us guys to ensure safe-sex. If that also helps prevent unwanted babies, so much the better for all concerned, a win/win all round!

Quite apart from the purely selfish "If you don't want to get wet, wear a raincoat!"

yeah im pretty sure its about the same everywhere some guys dont gibve a f*** and some are religious about it... i know my girl is on the pill and i still wear a condom cause im not risking get her knocked up cause i couldnt handle that s*** right now and im not the type to run from it

Any of the guys I've been with have. And me personally, even if I'm on the pill, and even if he's a long term boyfriend, I still make him wear one.

Better safe than sorry, and I know my mom doesn't want to pay for diapers.

If all the bloke is concerned about is preventing pregnancy,he should check into LAMB SKINS they are made from a semi permeable membrane. They allow the womens secretions to pass through while blocking the out flow of semen! It is extremely natural feeling,no man would refuse if they tried those. But they are expensive!
