Hey guys, I'm on a health kick at the moment and know that having someone to exercise with and share what I'm eating etc will help me fulfil my desires to lose weight.
I usually last a few months being healthy and have managed to lose just over 3 stone in the past few years...so it's definitely gradual loss! But then it fizzles out and other things take over (work mainly!)
So now I'm looking for a training partner and hopefully a new friend to achieve this. Is there anyone on here, male or female, interested and from my area? Be good to hear from you if there is...
