Not going to move the family so I need management how do I find someone and can they be trusted?

I really wouldn't start a business in another state if you didn't know what you're doing.

Well I live in San Antonio TX, so what is your question. You can start a business
here, but from a legal point of view, you have to register with the SOS, as a foreign corp.

What kind of business?
