Best thing to do after a night out is to have a bottle of water next to you, set your alarm to wake up about two hours before you need to. Get up, urinate, drink the water, refill it. When you wake up a couple hours later you'll feel much better than you would have. Drink the new bottle of water. Urinate.

Go get some cold lucozade and Irn Bru. Drink them. Urinate. Then the fry up/cold pizza can come in.

Then you feel as good as new.

A fry-up consists of fried sausage, bacon, egg and a combination of potato scone/mushrooms/tomatoes depending what is in the fridge and how much room you have in the pan! Some folk like this to be accompanied with beans. You have this with toast or bread and tea.
