drink a litre of water. A fry up always helps as well.

or if you hardcore just have another drink hair of the dog.

Irn Bru or Lucozade and orange ice lollies, hon. Pure fruit ones. Cold is good, it has Vitamin C and rehydrates the body. I feel your pain!

You want something greasy to eat. Some kind of takeout. Otherwise you want to drink something like coke, experts say its good for hangovers.

I never had a hangover until about 4 years ago. I hadn't drank in a long time, but boy that was nasty. I have not been drunk since.
Life was easier when I was drinking 24-7 and thought hangovers were made up.
Drink lots of fluid. You're probably dehydrated.
