well dudes and gals the gym is actually the only place to really work out and be fit and feel great. If you have a job that doesn't fulfill the the finess work out. Some gyms have bball courts or other activies to join in, like racquetball.. join a bball league make friends, the gym though keeps you fit and feeling great, but it does take time if you have time to spend. Music like personal mp3 players work great while working out, yeah but i go often as possible, just staying in shape, in the off season < Soccer rules, but thats me. Yeah i think if you got the time, go for a jog on the tred or lift some iron or whatever your into, and have fun ya'll, lifes short and your feel great after a good work out, and maybe look a little more fit too. yeah it's all your opinion on it though and thats a little of mine.
