What is your punk scene like?
Do you have lots of shows?
Do you have squats/communal housing/warehouses?
Are there a lot of other punx in your town?
Do lots of traveling punx/hobos come to your town?
What else?

I like to know because when I start to travel, I would like to know where to visit...

No to all of them

Plymouth is rubbish. IT has a few live shows of old school punk from one band, a few more pop punk bands and that is about it NO communial squats at all. Moving to austin in a few months and I know it is totally different over there.

my town has more of, i guess you could say, a folk/punk scene going on. we have a lot of hippie kids and punk kids living around here, and there's a coffee shop that a lot of us perform at for free.

but a lot of the awesome kids that used to live near me all moved away, because this town is pretty much dying, so they figured they would stop ignoring the itching in their shoes to go out and explore, and just do so. they come back and visit sometimes, play some shows. it's not bad. but it could be a LOT better.

Ha - I saw the title, and think I would have said the same thing. Except the moving to Austin bit - that is just wishful thinking for me

But - I will be visiting all the time

Ditto to Plymouth's rubbishy punk - there are a few good bands if you know where to look....

If there is a storm there.... chase it!
