IMO:

The reason a MAJORITY of MINORITIES are poor and never get ne where in their life is cause...Our government is extremely still in the 1800's or some s***. Cause if they could hire a black/hispanic (whichever) person then that person would make enough money to feed family and live in a nice home instead of stealing and working extra hard to make it in life...Life isnt fair, but you would think for a government that is trying in this day and age to make us one, they would try themselves...

It couldn't possibly be because minorities (a group to which I belong) can't afford the education they need to succeed... That's just the American way. The rich get richer until the poor get educated.

Minorities are all poor because the gov't is holding them back. If they could gain employment then they would not be poor and steal. That is the translation.


I know where I am from, it is a poor province but we have student loans for people who have grades to get into university and have no money. There are lots of scholorships too. Local college is cheap and they teach skilled trades where you can make good money.

I know many people who grew up poor and turned out to be doctors, lawyers, accountants etc.

I do not live there though so I can not say for sure, I do believe if someone is determined and works to raise themselves up... anything is possible.

The government doesn't keep people down! I've been poor my whole adult life, you know why? Cause I haven't done a damned thing with myself! Now that I've finally realized that I'm the problem, I'm going to school, doing better with saving money, AND NOT BLAMING OTHER PEOPLE FOR ME BEING A f***UP! "Government this, government that. The man is keeping me down." That's bull s***! People need to take responsibility for themselves. Stop playing the majority/minority game. That line has been so blurry for years now! There's rich black people, poor white people. Race, class, background, it has nothing to do with a person's success. A person's will to succeed does.

I agree d***ie. It is harder though, in my opinion for those with little money but it's possible. I have a friend who's parents just got by. He went to school and got student loans for it and worked a crap job. Now he makes a lot of money with a huge company that has locations all over Canada.

There are many people of all races who blame circumstance and never try to help themselves.

You know, with so many MINORITIES in government now (including out president), that's kind of a cop out.
