Cheaper yes...but the tastes not the same and not 1/2 as healthy either with all the preservatives and rubbish they bung in there!
Ive always made my kids homemade healthy grub..very rare they eat packaged stuff and their never over weight or at the docs!

Soz, might seem like im preaching but really im not

but a bag of flour is 40p or less...you can make about 50 small cakes from that! Margarine & sugar are cheap too.
I dont have the time to make every day but when i have time, i make batches and freeze meals.
Our health is more important than anything else and i wont feed my family rubbish as the ammount of sugar, salt and fat in supermarket stuff is frightening!
What the kids eat when their younger can even determine whether they will get Cancer later on as adults...
Then theres setting good examples as my daughters follow now.

sorry, but i dont have the time or the money. its loads cheaper to buy them and when it comes to my kids health i am sure i am the best one to judge what is wrong and right. so much crap on the news to scare everyone silly and try to make us feel even more guilty about going to work and what to feed our kids
