6oz self raising flour
6oz wholemeal flour
2tsp mixed spice
1 tsp nutmeg
6oz light muscovado sugar
4 eggs
7fl oz sunflower oil
2 mashed bananas
small tin cruhed pineapple
zest and juice of 1 medium orange
100 grams chopped walnuts or pecans
1 tsp bicarbonate soda

Sift flour, soda and spices into a bowl
whisk the eggs, oil and sugar until smooththen sir in with the flour and add the orange juice, zest, pineapple and bananas.
Cook on gas 4 for about 1hr and 10 mins
