How do I perminantly delete spyware when everytime I catch it and delete it just comes back?

Sometimes there is no solution because there was never a problem to begin with.

System restore
Crash computer ( reformat )
Another words start over like when you bought the PC
Most PC's now have it as a added feature or you might have the disc inwhich to reformat.

Unless ofcourse you know where the spyware is comming from then you can delete it permenitly.

Just my 2 cents but I belive that's the way to go,hence it's what I had to do when I had the same problem.

Also get a good virus detection program to prevent it from happening again.
The more money you spend on it the better,which is true in most cases with everything.

Thankfully I didnt need to do that... all I needed to do was start up the firewall again (it was off and I didnt realise).

the onl thing to say is: Spybot search & Destroy

Sometimes you can get lucky and just get the name of the spyware and find it's file on your hard drive and manually remove it...sometimes. Hijack This is another one you might want to try. Just be careful with it because you can delete vital system files if you don't know what you're deleting.
