So posting jibberish won't work, they have to be real words.
In order to do that, you can possibly get content from websites, and copy and paste. I'm not sure if there's a penalty on points for cutting and pasting though.
One good place of cutting and pasting content is jokes. Some jokes are long and have many paragraphs.
That's my take on things, but maybe I don't know what I'm talking about?
