It means we have deducted some points from you. However it does not mean you will be treated with prejudice in the future. As far as the TFS staff are concerned you have now paid in points for breaking the rules.

Who will know?

Nobody except TFS Moderators, Administration and el_tino are aware of you being punched.

How can I dispute this?

First, please consider the reason you have been punched. If you have used derogatory terms towards another member during debate then this punching is within guidelines of the terms of service. Please do not assume that you are the only person to be punched, the TFS staff deal with all participants of flaming in the same manner. Please take time to read the Terms of Service which applies to all members of TFS.

What about Freedom of Speech?

TFS is a privately owned site, therefore what is transmitted or posted is entirely at the discretion of the site owner. This is made entirely clear when joining TFS and you have agreed to this.

How come regular members of TFS do not seem to get punched?

They do, you just don't hear about it.

You cant. This remains between the user and the TFS Staff.
