I came across this band through their single "Life Is Beautiful".
I picked up "The Herion Diaries" several months ago and have been listning to them steadily since.

I've never, with the exception of the great Kurt Cobain, been able to connect with a band on such a human level.
As did Nikki did, I'm suffering through several addictions which I'm slowly fighting my way through, and this record he wrote (with James Micheal and DJ Ashba) is just so REAL.
You can feel every emotion; ugly and beauitful, and it makes you feel okay about feeling that. The honesty is almost excruciating you feel so much.

Anyhow, if you haven't heard of them, I really reccomend them!
Absolutely wicked band if you're looking for real, raw, honest talent.

Day one. Dope free. I went to the clinic today and got the first dose of methadone.
I'm out of dope so I threw away all my rigs.
