Been feeling sick for the past few weeks. Awake most nights.
Same issue with partner and the lil' las we watch.

Just pointing out to anyone suddenly undergoing more 'blah' than usual.

I find going into Spring more difficult than going into Autumn.

New Zealand's a bit rougher when it comes to Seasonal Depression (I no longer feel depressed or anxious - Just sick) the weather rocks back and forth here between hot and cold a lot.
