So did you get on campus or off campus (but still right next to college) for housing?

We're currently looking at off-campus apartments, however most are "unfurbished" and we're unsure as to how unfurbished that is. Basic furniture like kitchen + kitchen table and chairs, bed, sofa, TV? Completely nothing? This is the last issue really, but it will be resolved

I'm not sure about campus related or closed to ones, but when they say unfurbished, usually there's nothing.
