Romtrade Consult SRL is an English owned company created with the specific intention of assisting those overseas with acquiring a property in the Transylvanian region of Romania.

When we first moved to Transylvania in December 2004, we really didn't know what to expect but we soon became enamoured with the culture, beauty and people of this truly diverse country. Now that we are part of the EU we are seeing first hand the improvements that are being made in this area, such as the road networks, hospitals and facilities, etc. We have settled happily here and couldn't envisage living elsewhere.
