I say good on them for not taking that s*** from Clarkson.

I often disagree with Clarkson and find some of what he says quite offensive. But to me he doesnt set out to cause offence (most of the time) but rather he simply speaks his mind and doesnt care about the pc flak that will come his way. In an age when so many people are too scared to offer an opinion that is not pc his attitude is in some ways refreshing. That said, to yell and verbally abuse a work collegue and then physically assault him is well out of order and such actions should have consequences.

James May normally comes across as a fairly sensible bloke so i was surprised by his comments that it was all a minor matter and it should have been sorted out with a handshake!

Nice to see Holden dominating the start of the v8 season

Holden 6 of the top 10 fastest qualifies for Sandown.

Good to see Craig Lowndes and Steven Richards power the Holden VF Commodore to victory in the Bathurst 1000.

A cracking opening race of the F1 season at Albert Park. In the end it was a Mercedes 1-2 yet again whilst again a Ferrari finished third. But in truth the race had lots of drama from the very start right through to around the 2nd last lap.

Well done to Ricciardo who finished 4th and good to see Williams up in 5th.

1-2-3 for Holden in Tassie

Another F1 race, another win for Mercedes. Early hopes that Ferrari might be able to offer some sort of competition have quickly faded.

RB look set to have one of their new Renault engines for the Monaco Grand Prix which is obviously a little bit of a problem. For do they give it to the senior driver and the one with the most championship points in Ricciardo or do they give it to the man of the moment Verstappen? IMO Ricciardo should get it but time will tell.
