Well it's all because of natural selection, actually. 'Black' people, who have recent ancestry from the African continent, produce more melanin in order to protect themselves from UV radiation. This adaptation means they tan very easily without much exposure to the sun, unlike people of recent European or east Asian descent, so they generally have much more melanin-rich, darker skin. Differences in hair-length are also explained by climate. Facial structure, hair colour and eye colour etc. are simply non-utilitarian genetic deviation which iare difficult to pin down to any particular difference in climate.
Since these differences have nothing whatsoever to do with anything but someone's ability to absorb the sun, how the f**k can anyone feel that a person's 'race' is anything more than that? It's because of two things: one is unfounded, ignorant prejudice. The other is that people of certain perceived racial backgrounds have been treated differently to others and therefore inequalities have genuinely emerged. Everyone faces challenges and conflict at points in their lives, regardless of race or religion or sexuality. We've come a long way since the 60's..Being of mixed race does not necessarily make anymore more prone to struggle, it's just another potential issue on a really long list.
