The type of ram you can put in this kind of computer is PC-66 and you can upgrade to 256MB maximum. But sincerly, if I was you, I would rather much consider buying a new pc. That would be a good solution. You will maybe discover that old ram often cost more that newer type of RAM memory because of availability reasons... I wish that will help.

I think you can make ram for that laptop out of foil and a old comb.

this site scans your computer and tells you exactly what you can have and what you need.its not to bad on prices and quick delivery but with a few things its best to let it scan then copy what it says you need ,see if you can find it cheaper before ordering.the scan still comes in handy though even if you do buy some place else. http://www.crucial.com/uk/systemscanner/?click=true
