as a property manager in Texas USA, how long does it take to get a tenant
out of an apartment if they do not pay. So as an example,

Issue A: Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 6th, what is your time frame
for getting them out.

Issue B: you have a no drug policy at your complex, and the tenant is seen
smoking pot two nights in a row, in front of their door, and they were not
trying to hide it, What are your rights?

If I may ask.

Because in TX it takes 60 days to get someone out in issue a or b.
