I have endometriosis and PCOS. I usually always have massive heavy periods. They may last 8 to 10 days. My last actual period started Friday September 27 2008. However, I had some really light spotting for a couple of days about a week and a half ago. I have taken urine pregnancy tests and they have all been negative. I took a blood test about a week ago and that was negative. Could that really light bleeding for two days be a period? Im not really having any symptoms aside from that and just being really tired. I know I need to just see my Doctor...just wondering if anyone could share some insight with me on what could be going on?

P.S. I have had 2 miscarriages and both times my pregnancy tests had been negative and I had no idea until the miscarriage, however, I did not have blood tests until I after I had miscarried. I have been married for 4 years and trying ever since...if you have any tips on that please share...Thank you

I'm really sorry to hear about your miscarriages, my Mum had one also when I was little, I often think about the 9 year old little brother or sister I could have had today

I'm really not sure whats happening with your body, but like you said definately get down to the Doctors as soon as you can.

I hope that you are well and with a healthy child, Ma'am

The PCOS could be messing with your hormones, and messing up test results. From your history, it sounds like you definitely could be pregnant, but only a doctor could tell you for sure. In the mean time you could try getting some USP grade bio-identical progesterone cream, it helps prevent miscarriages caused by hormone imbalances. It's available over the counter. You can get it at some health food stores. The best one I know of is called Pro-gest by the company Emerita. In fact progesterone cream could help your PCOS anyway even if you're not pregnant because it balances hormones.

That seems a pretty disgusting and disrespectful term to use, considering what the lady has been through before

the best way to tell if u are pregnant is if u get food cravings when my sister was pregnant with both of her kids she drank tons of water and had huge tuna fish cravings and before she got pregnant she didnt even like tunafish

Have you ever had surgery to remove scar tissue caused by your endometriosis? I did and had no problem getting pregnant. It also helps relieve the pain associated with endometriosis. It's a long shot but I think worth trying. They can do it through your belly button so it's an out patient surgery.

But some women never have cravings during pregnancy.

Make sure it's USP grade progesterone cream. Some companies sell wild yam cream saying that it converts to progesterone in your body, but that's not true.
