Hello - does anybody have experience with curing plantar faciitis? I know there are
various things that may help, like stretching, acupunture, chiropractic, reflexology,
prolontherapy, but I am trying to find out if anybody has found something definitive,
where they had PF, and now they do not! - If so, what exactly did you do to get to that
place! Any feedback would be very appreciative. Sincerely Dogbrainwing

I do not (and never have had) PF, but one of the girls I work with does...or did. I'm not entirely sure. I won't see her again until Monday, but I can ask her how hers was treated and how successful treatment was for her and let you know then.

My husband has this. The most helpful thing he has found is heel cups. They are shoe inserts you can get at the pharmacy.
