Sounds like a sound theory Tino.

But, should a pair of co joined twins have four nipples each, would they be the king/queens of the world dominating four nipple clan, or would they be laughed out of town as the very odd shaped cat?

I've got 4 nipples. dont really care about it until one day i wanted to see how usual it was and got to this forum. I've seen 3 nipple people but never a 4 nipple person (only pics). Anyway, i can understand other people feel weird about that but it never stopped me from having an active sexual live and i cant remember anyone telling me anything about it, i asked my wife and friends also, they say they're weird but is not like i feel different or a freak.
