I'm now getting SPAM to my work e-mail from my OLD work e-mail

Our domain changed back 8 or so months ago, and I just checked my quarantined mail box and found stuff from MY OWN NAME at the old domain. Very clever, spammers, very clever.

I get spam email from myself now?? I know weird but its a spam where you reply with you details then they hack your account.. f***.. they would do anything for me luck charms..
