19th of September is national talk like a pirate day.

Rules is this, ye talk like a Pirate all day! Some people (ie pirate obsessives like me) host pirate parties and dress up piratical! You drink beer, grog, rum, whisky or all things pirateY! Dress up like a pirate, talk like a pirate, and most important act like a pirate!

Anyway, posted this early to give people ample warning. I know that the friday avy theme is up at the moment, but I think this should become featured topic on Saturday (the 19th) so we can all be ready for national talk like a pirate day!

omg this is real!? There is a a microbrewery near me that is pirate themed. They are having a big party at the brewery that day and they said it was talk like a pirate day! I just though it was one of the many funny things they just say!
