now i'm not saying it can't be done, but the chances of you getting anywhere in life are slim to none.

Again, depends on how you look at it. My cousin had her baby at 16 and has successfully raised her and now the daughter is 14!

Well, that is truely blessed, but is not the case in a LOT of teen parenthood. I watched Montel this morning and it was a show featuring teen parents and they all seemsed to be suffering and unhappy.

Plus, babies born to teen parents are more likely to go through poverty, suffer all kinda of abuse, and more then likely will have less opportunities.

Well not for you, but some people are just not meant to bring children into the world. If my situation didn't fit a healthy criteria for bringing a child into the world, I wouldn't. Best for the child IMO.

No, but that is because the pregnancy was planned. Twins, no, but my parents at that time wanted kids.

However, my mom did have an abortion when she and my dad concieved @ age 16. My parents didn't want kids then and knew that their situation and plans wouldn't fit a child.

I was pregnant when i graduated high school and didnt know it til a couple weeks later. I had a miscarriage with that one. It wasnt planned either but never did i say "im not married and this will ruin my life". If i hadn't had a miscarriage that child would be here with the rest of mine.

The subject is not just black and white, there are many shades of gray in between.
