Ladies, what works for you?

I'm pregnant for the first time and even tho I am a midwife, I didn't think that it would be like this. I can't even look at food...I can smell it, but I can't eat it.

Every woman is different, but please tell me what works for you?

Little and often...and plenty of fluids

Try ginger biscuits, ginger good for settling a stomach, also i swore by soda water for heartburn.

If it's white, sticky and not yours dont touch it.

My sister had morning sickness all day long and the only thing that got her out of bed in the morning was munching on crackers. It worked for her, but I don't know if it would work for you. I only had morning sickness once at waking up to the smell of eggs and never had it again.

I laugh, I love, I hope, I try, I hurt, I need, I fear, I cry. And I know you do the same things too, So we're really not that different, me and you.

Awww it shouldn't last long hopefully, i felt sick all the time but only chundered like twice and one of those times was because she moved lol.

I did live on prawns and garlic though...i know your not supposed to but the craving was massive, specially for the raw garlic.
