Maine, overall, kind of sucks. Near the coast is cool, cuz there's beaches etc. But I hate all the woods, the narrow roads, the green tunnels of trees everywhere, the creepy redneck people, the accent ('Idear' is not a word!!!) etc.
I'm commuting to UMaine now, which is interesting. Everyone on campus is really cool, except for a few people. But they're the exception.
I dunno, maybe I'm just dealing with resentment issues. Any true Mainerds, I mean Mainers out there who would like to disagree with me?

Wait until the fall. I hear that Maine is really beautiful in the fall and gets full of tourists.

This morning it was 14 degrees farenheit. There was freaking frost on my car windshield.
The leaves are already changing colors, yeah, but I've been through many New England autumns--it's lost the novelty. The [seeming] only redeeming factor is cheap seafood.
