Found an awesome free game profiler. Just as good as Pinnacle but you don't have to pay for it. Perfect for 360 pads but works with other stuff:

Xpadder

If you're not sure what a game profiler is, it lets you assign a 'profile' to the button layout on a game controller such as an Xbox 360 pad so that you can use it on your PC. Very useful for applications that use controller plugins, like emulators.
