I think that is enough examples!
the vast majority of those articles are from at least 3 years back, one of them is from 2001 for christs sake.
i think its fair to say they're not very relevant.
When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bike. Then I realised that The Lord doesn't work that way, so I stole one and asked him to forgive me. | | |

Where do you think Linux was in 1996?
1) no kidding, NT 4.0, 1996? Needless to say I don't still use it. The Windows NT I was referring to is Windows NT 5.1 build 2600 with Service Pack 3, Codename Whistler, Windows XP, whatever you want to call it.
and yes, i typically do refer to Windows NT versions by their kernel versions to emphasize that Windows no longer exists.
Windows was not an OS, and anyone who tells you different is absolutely wrong. Windows is a DOS program, and yes I've worked with DOS as well.
Windows NT, however, which started with version 3, and now is at version 6 (Vista) is an OS in that it has its own kernel.
Linux, from what I hear is, in the words of a friend on another forum, "about as useful as a pile of unwiped smashed assholes"
Anything can evolve.

I said anything, not anyone. People typically need some kind of life-threating bulls**t to change.

Dealing with your rabid, illogical fanboyism.
Enjoy.
