1. Has anything ever written about abortion, either here on TFS posts or anywhere else, ever swayed your opinion?

2. Have you always had one point of view about abortion, or have you changed your mind over time?

I don't mind what else you post, this thread will get out of hand in no time I'm sure. But please answer these 2 questions.

1. nothing written has changed my mind.

2. always thought its up to the individual and there should be a choice for them.

My mum is a nurse and has seen an aborted fetus. she thinks that would change my mind

Yes, I thought all pro-lifers were religous nutters. I was wrong.

I was strongly opposed to it when i was younger but realised its never a black and white situation as i got older.

I have been of the opinion that abortion is a regretable but some time necessary thing.
What the abortion threads in tfs have shown me is how insensetive some men can be on this issue. For a man to presume he knows what is best for all women,angers me!
And it invariably is based on some religious views,that the man wants to impose on all women!

Something I have noticed with abortion is the age group that starts the thread.. they are normally under 18, which says to me they have discussed it in school, and now have a point of view on the subject.

My opinion on abortion has changed (I've always supported abortion, but for different reasons and to differing degrees), but my opinion was changed by things from the outside world, nothing from tfs.

My opinion on topics is very rarely changed through tfs (though it has happened a couple of times).

yes, but can you please answer the 2 questions I asked in the initial thread?

I don't mind where this thread goes - it will be out of my hands in no time. But I am keen to see answers to the 2 questions I asked, if that's okay.
