it means that you take it or leave it
it also means that you can live in the city or the country
where as sydney is easy living & the bush is hard living because things dont come easy in the bush

Heh. That's a new one. I haven't heard that before. The second post seems to make sense though... I'll have to look it up and keep that in mind. I love new sayings

I know this isn't individually your view on it - but just to clarify - Sydney isn't exactly "easy living".

It might be convenient but it's still far from easy.

And those living in the bush choose to live there, so any inconvenience they suffer is at their own hands, really.

Hey There,
Australia is a large continent, but a small country compared to the USA.
Every state has heaps to offer and the people of this great country are good, honest and true!
Cheers from Melbourne

If I had the money to afford it,I most definately would get out of the Toilet they call Sydney and move to the country.
I'm very partial to South Australia,Adelaide is like a Big Country Town, but to live,I wouldn't come any closer than Gawler or around the Gawler Belt.

Sydney or the Bush??,Gimme the Bush, you can still hear yourself think out there and the air isn't filled with exhaust fumes.

To Sydneysiders it means that Sydney is the only place worth being, to the rest of Oz it means Sydneysiders are full of it!
Ive lived in every capital city, including Sydney, and I wouldn't return for quids! You might as well live in America, no offence intended, but it is nothing like the rest of the country.
Darwin is the only remaining major city in Oz that's still a relaxed place to live, but it's sinking fast.

It means there's a different meaning to the question depending on where u come from or who u r. E.g when I say ill do something in a minute I mean in the next 5 minutes, when my bf says he will do something in a minute he means in the next hr.
