But the thing is, most men don't intentionally hog all the seats just to "express their dominance" or some crap like that - they legitimately need to make room for their balls. The people on the public transport likely didn't know that these women were merely doing a social experiment - because, let's face it, that would defeat the purpose if they did - so, to them, the exaggeration was just downright d***ish behaviour. And yes, invading people's personal space, like the girl trying to out-manspread the guy sitting next to her, is d***ish behaviour, especially if that person doesn't know what it's for. And even then, what was the experiment trying to prove?
