HAMMOND, La. (AP) - A Louisiana justice of the peace said he refused to issue a marriage license to an interracial couple out of concern for any children the couple might have.

I have NO words.....first off....i'am bi-racial..... my parents were married until the day they died......so is the president of this country.....RACISM still here in 2009.....you bet.....I have just read the comments people of this country posted in the link provided by the OP....NO f***ing words to say how completely f***ed up some Americans can be......it's now one of my missions to do whatever I can to see to it....this judge.....gets off the bench.....there is NO reason we should have to put up with elected officials with this kind of thinking......he must go.....great f***ing country my ass!!! This is nothing to be proud of....

A friend of mine has MD and a judge didn't want to grant him and his wife a marriage license because, get this.......he said that "he could die, what would happen if he died at a young age?". Danny's wife said "Uh, we're all gonna die you idiot.".

True...but the thing is...it's NOT his job to decide who can marry and who can't.....he's suppose to honor the laws of the state...NOT inject his opinions or beliefs......HE NEEDS TO GO......
