My ideal job would be the manager of a small team of motivated individuals. I'd have the explicit support of my boss, be adequately resourced and have a clear idea of what success looks like.

The job I do can be really boring (like this week), but when things are good and busy, my brain gets used and challenged and that make me feel happy and I get a buzz.

How about you lot?

My perfect job woul be at a childrens cancer hospital and having a wonderful husband who was encouraging and supportive along with knowing my kids are happy would make me happy and give me satisfaction
