registry cleaner sucks i used to have that on my computer and i used it once and it lets u scan it for free but once it scans it if u wanna get rid of anything it makes u pay for it

go download CCcleaner. Run it.

Don't screw with the settings unless you know how to handle win32 files.

CC cleaner works really well.
