First go to google and look up free site submissions, that will get you into all the search engines Immediately. Then if you want to boost the listing hire a company to do that. Place ads in all the free classified on line and if thats not enough purchase additional advertising.

If it's a local website you could also do direct mail, Newspaper inserts and Bandit signs to get the locals checking in.

I'm actually getting ready to go out on a bandit run myself planting signs in the dark of night, friday is best as the bandit sign police often remove misplaced signs in their 9-5 day jobs.

1.submit your site link in top directory in proper category.
2.submit site in social network site like digg,delious etc.
3.use sing. in forum posting.
