Back when I actually cared about football I had a list of my "Big Four", it went Browns, Eagles, Rams and Chargers. Now I like the Colts and that's about it.

For what it's worth the Chargers were in the same boat as the Browns in the early 2000's. Remember the Ryan Leaf era? Chin up Cleveland will get better eventually, who knows maybe the Browns can convince Marty to join the Browns again and change it all, that's what he did for the Chargers.

Let see...Marty has 21 years as a head coach, he's coached such teams as Cleveland (85), Chiefs (89), Redskins and Chargers. He's had 7 probowlers with Clerveland, 8 with Kansas City and 9 with San Diego! He must have a lot of superbowl rings, huh? There's.... um... 0

Gotta take baby steps, he can change the Browns and make them winners, I mean which do you prefer a non winning season and no playoffs? Or a winning season with playoffs?

That's true but he'll take his team no further, I'd rather a coach who can win it all and with the teams Marty's coached, I'm sorry, but he has no excuse, especially the last year with San Diego.

The loss in the Divisional round in 06 wasn't all Marty's fault, though he should not have just sat on that lead. But the Mcree Int+fumble gave the Pats the chance to win.
