At my school we ( the students ) are forced to learn new and crapy like that stupid subject called french sorry all the french poeplz . The point is its hard and boring learning new languages!!

crap happens so get used 2 it
that is all i hav to say

Depends on how you learn it. Make it a game. Have someone talk to you about something sexual in french, and I'll bet you'll get real motivated to figure out what they're saying!

when i was in high school we had to take a language to graduate, and we could choose from, french, german, sign language, or spanish. i took french and i didnt think it was all that bad.

now they have cut it down to spanish and sign language i believe good luck though, you should def. try and make it interesting to help you learn it

That's different. In the school's in my area we have a choice between french and german...im not sure but i think some of them might have spanish as well but i got a choice between french and german and i chose german.and i really like it, i found french quite boring to learn. and i also depends on who is teaching you, teachers can make it interesting or make it really boring, luckily my german teacher is great and makes it interesting.

hehe there's a new kid in my school who is german...so obviously took german over french...that must be easy enough for him

i find just talking loudly in english and pointing a lot gets me by in any country.

5 years ago I didn't like learn any languages I found that boring like you and useless.
Then I went in scandinavia that country was beautiful, the weather was great....
But when I saw that people spoke english better than me and that I couldn't speak with them about their country and culture I wanted to learn a lot of languages to comunicate with a lot of people!
I'm french, you are english so it's easier to speak with foreigners because your language is the first one, I think it's a chance for you!
by my opinion you should choose spanish if you can because is a languages speak by a lot of people
and think that speak a lot of languages is a very huge advantage to find a job!!

Actually French is a pretty easy language to learn. I only took one French class in high school, but it was an interesting class. Try to have an optamistic outlook on it. Trust me, it will go a lot smoother if you do.

sometimes it depends on the teacher. but i didn't like my italian teacher when i was learing italian so i taught myself. and i have a bunch of italian friends so they talked to me in italian and then i learnt some of it. so it became fun

Dont get me wrong i mean i love the language and stuff but....... i just hate trying to learn it escpecialy when you got a teacher like mine!!
she is so evil she made my friend stand in the corner of the wall the whole leson just for saying shut up
