I'm thinking preppy is a snazzy dresser who doesn't like shopping at superstores, but rather spends on the more stylish clothes you'd find in malls. Also we choose to keep ourselves groomed and we like our coffee from gourmet coffee stores, etc...

preppy: hollister, abercrombi, american eagle,fancy make up, judging ppl cause they shop at walmart or wear cheap make up.....

i hate girls like that.

I wouldn't consider myself preppy. But I'm no longer in school. I prefer AE and Gap. My make-up cost a forturne but only because I like things to last rather than buying stuff over and over again. Preppy is all in the mind of kids who are in school. Once your out none of it matter anymore. And I don't think it's that you hate girls like that, Maybe that you just hate people who judge you with no real reason???? I don't know...
