You Should Write in a Journal

Part of what's stressing you out right now is not having all your thoughts sorted out.
There's a lot of confusion and chaos going on, and you need to get a handle on it all. And there's no better way to do that than to start writing.

At first your journal make not make sense to you, but that's okay. Just writing things down will help you.
Over time, you'll find that it's great to have an outlet to think, vent, and dream without judgment. Just make sure to put a lock on that journal!

You Should Take in Some Sunshine

Part of what's stressing you out right now is feeling stuck in a rut. You're not really sure how to dig yourself out of the hole you're in.
And the best way to get out of a rut is to change things quickly. You don't have to do anything drastic... just step outside.

Just feeling the sunshine on your face should cheer you up and change your perspective on things. Nature can be a very healing force.
And no matter how stressful things are, take the sun rays as a reminder that the sun will come up tomorrow!

You Should Take Some Deep Breaths

Part of what's stressing you out right now is that there's too much going on at once. You hardly have room to breathe.
And to be honest, the idea of taking on a little project to de-stress yourself is even stressful.

So don't worry about doing much. Just take a few deep breaths. In fact, try it right now.
Doesn't that feel good? Repeat this as often as you need to. This is the first step to clearing your head and feeling better.

You Should Exercise

Part of what's stressing you out is the anger you feel toward others or the situation you're in.
You don't want to be stressed out, but factors out of your control are really messing with your mind.

You can work out some of those demons in a productive way through exercise. And it can be any exercise you choose.
Go for a walk or a run. Chill out with yoga. Really get out some aggression with boxing. In the end, you'll be glad you did it.

You Should Meditate

Part of what's stressing you out right now is not having any control over what's happening to you.
And while you can't control anything in your life, it may help you to learn how to stay tranquil.

Meditation will help you learn how to let go, push through barriers, and live in the moment.
It may be difficult at first, but if you stick with it, you'll find that meditation brings you some of the peace you're seeking.
