no, i didn't mean the slug. i was giving an example of how every creation god made has a purpose, and that each should be treated with respect.
i also think humans have more respect than any creatures on the planet, which is true, so if you can go to jail for killing a human, why can't you for killing an animal? don't they have lives too? all life is special, and didn't say you had to pay for slugs or insects. I havn't seen one squished slug on the road in my entire life. lol

I hit a *deer* on a dark forest road at night. It appeared literally about 1/10 of a second before I hit it. There was absolutely no possible way to avoid it. There is no reason on earth that human beings should be on the hook for paying a fine to the government for the whims of wild animals.
This would also encourage people to violently swerve out of the way to avoid hitting animals that dart out into the road.
Do you want to explain to a grieving mother that her son is dead because he hit a light pole and died trying to avoid a fine he couldn't afford for hitting a squirrel who darted out into the road?
alright, you got me, but still, you're killing (DO NOT MAKE A COMMENT ON THIS!) a person in my eyes, but only in my eyes because it's my opinion, and take all life on this planet as a gift at birth. I hate it, it's injustice when I see someone throwing rocks at seagulls or chasing birds away from their food. If someone wants something to survive, things need to change, or be improved, for the sake of all the creatures, including humans, on this planet.
But this means nothing to any of you, carry on with your rudeness and not see what I see, or at least try.
